Preparation procedure:
1. Fresh hot water, the temperature is about 90º - 96ºC, and if you don’t have a thermometer, you can let it cool for about one minute after the water boils
2. Fold the filter paper (It is recommended to use bleached or natural material, which will not have a paper smell)
3. Soak the filter paper with hot water first. This action helps to remove the paper smell, and at the same time, allows the V60 and the lower pot to achieve the preheating effect. If the filter cup is not preheated, the hot water temperature may drop during brewing, and the coffee cannot be properly extracted.
4. Grind fresh coffee beans, and then you can start hand-punching.
